Our Commitment
We strive to deliver high-quality, made-to-order products at Piktrik! Due to the custom nature of our items, we have specific guidelines for reprints and refunds. Please review these carefully to ensure your purchase meets your expectations, as not all issues qualify for a return.
What Qualifies for a Reprint or Refund
- Paddle Skins: We’ll provide a free reprint or refund for damaged or defective paddle skins if reported within 30 days of delivery. Issues like incorrect size, color, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify, as these are custom-made products.
- Other Products: We’ll provide a free reprint or refund for damaged or defective items if reported within 30 days of delivery. Issues like incorrect size, color, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify, as these are custom-made products. For print-on-demand items, minor print placement variations (up to 0.5 inches) are within tolerance and not considered defects.
Non-Qualifying Issues (Not Eligible for Reprint or Refund)
- Orders with incorrect size, color, or buyer’s remorse, as all products are made-to-order based on your selection.
- Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5 inches) on print-on-demand items.
- Orders still in transit, unless deemed lost (30 days for domestic U.S., 45 days for territories).
- Issues reported after 30 days from delivery.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging.
- Damaged or defective items do not need to be returned unless we request them for quality review.
Reprint or Refund Process
- Step 1: Contact us at piktrik@proton.me within 30 days of delivery with your order ID, a detailed description of the issue, and a clear photo (or video for multiple items) showing the problem.
- Step 2: We’ll review your request within 5 business days and determine eligibility for a reprint or refund based on our guidelines.
- Step 3: If approved, we’ll issue a reprint or refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges and Store Credit
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
- At our discretion, we may offer store credit instead of a refund for defective items, which can be used for future purchases, encouraging you to find the perfect product.
Additional Information
- Lost or Delayed Orders: Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (domestic U.S.) or 45 days (territories) for a reprint or refund, subject to our review.
- Shipping Costs: Paddle skins ship free. For other products, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs if a return is required.
