Our USA-made pickleball paddle skins are court-ready. Most designs, like Petal Pop Flower and Prowling Cat, are 4 mil thick with 1-year durability. Fluorescent Pink Heart lasts 6 months due to its bold hue. Shield and Sword in Golden Surge are 2.5 mil with 1-year durability.

How do I apply a Piktrik paddle skin?
Rock a bold look! Press the sticky side of the transfer tape firmly onto the colored (front) side of the paddle skin. Peel off the backing, carefully place the skin on your clean, dry paddle, and slowly peel the transfer tape off at a 45-degree angle, ensuring the skin sticks. Visit piktrik.com for a video guide!

How do I remove a Piktrik paddle skin?
Switch up your style easily! Use a hair dryer on low heat for 20–30 seconds to soften the vinyl, then peel slowly from a corner with a plastic card or fingernail. For stubborn edges, dab warm soapy water or rubbing alcohol (70–90%) with a soft cloth. Wipe clean and dry. Avoid metal tools or harsh chemicals to keep your paddle pristine. Can I customize my paddle skin?
Our bold designs, like Neon Skull and Stellated Octahedron, fit every player’s vibe. Custom designs aren’t available yet, but our lineup stands out.

We ship to the contiguous U.S. via USPS First-Class Mail for paddle skins and trusted carriers for other products. For U.S. territories, email piktrik@proton.me.

How long does shipping take?
Paddle skins ship free in 2–5 business days with tracking. Apparel and accessories take 4–12 business days.

What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days (contiguous U.S.) or 45 days (territories), email piktrik@proton.me for a reprint or refund.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?
Made-to-order skins aren’t returnable for buyer’s remorse or design choices. Damaged or defective items qualify for a reprint or refund within 30 days.

How do I request a reprint or refund?
Email piktrik@proton.me within 30 days with your order ID, issue details, and a photo or video. We’ll respond in 5 business days and process refunds in 5–10 business days.

What doesn’t qualify for a refund?
No refunds for minor print variations (up to 0.5 inches), issues after 30 days, or orders still in transit (unless lost after 30–45 days).
